President Obama Unveils New Gun Control Plans
U.S. President Barack Obama unveiled his proposed new gun control measures today. The President’s proposals include a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, and increased background checks on people wanted to buy guns. The new measures where drawn up in response to the tragic Sandy Hook school massacre in Connecticut which shocked the nation. America has a strong pro-gun lobby, however, and the issue raises strong emotions amongst gun owners.
A heated debate on gun control in the United States is sure to continue long into the future. In my opinion there is only one way to settle this debate – by finding out which side is the funniest:
